We do offer 24X7 support to our clients based on well documented processes and clearly defined escalation procedures whereby assignment of priorities is based on the criticality of and impact of the problem. An automated ticketing system is in place for capturing, tracking our clients tickets that fall under any of the below categories; | Change requests | Inquiry tickets, which may turn to change requests | Incidents/problem management.
